3. Machine learning

Elixir's proprietary AI and machine learning technology learns from your existing documents and sample data sources — including static text, dynamic fields, images, variable data, and business rules — to generate highly accurate templates that can be used in Elixir Cloud.

4. Automated template generation

Elixir Catalyst generates an Elixir Cloud template based on your input content, recreating your communications templates into the Elixir Cloud equivalent (including layout, design, graphics, and static and dynamic fields).

5. Recreated templates & project files

Your newly migrated template-based designs are automatically integrated into your Elixir Cloud instance, prepared for review, approval, editing, and delivery through our cloud-native CCM platform.

Elixir Catalyst also provides detailed reports showcasing how closely these new templates align with your original designs, along with details about any adjustments you might need to implement to finalize your Elixir Cloud implementation.

Can Elixir Catalyst really convert documents from any source?

Yes!

Elixir Catalyst can convert almost any PDF-based document into a template that can be updated and edited for use in Elixir Cloud CCM workflows. That includes existing templates from Elixir tools like DesignPro Tools and Opus as well as generic PDF input.

Is Elixir Catalyst a standalone tool? Can I buy it separately from Elixir Cloud?

No. Elixir Catalyst is a back-end tool used by the Elixir team to recreate existing comms documents and templates specifically for use in Elixir Cloud.

Who actually uses Elixir Catalyst? Can I use it?

To kick start your implementation project the experts at Elixir leverage Catalyst to automatically recreate your current CCM templates, design assets and project files, thus pre-populating your CCM content into Elixir Cloud and shortening the amount of time and effort needed for CCM system replacement.

Due to the compute requirements associated with an AI-based tool and the fact that you still need to learn how content is organized within Elixir Cloud, Catalyst is not provided as a standalone tool for independent customer use.

What AI does Elixir Catalyst use?

Elixir Catalyst uses a proprietary, patent-pending machine learning model to automatically recreate template design layouts, content and business rules from your existing documents.

Can Elixir Catalyst see or store customer data like PII, PHI, etc.?

No. Elixir Catalyst uses sample data and sample outputs anonymized by the customer, so no PII or PHI is actually seen. Elixir also offers tools to anonymize the data before a customer submits it for use by Catalyst.

How accurate is the output of Elixir Catalyst?

Elixir Catalyst recreates templates with a high degree of accuracy. In both our internal tests and customer projects, we've seen template fidelity as high as 99% accuracy between Elixir Catalyst input and output.

Since it learns directly from your input, Catalyst's effectiveness and accuracy for business and personalization logic generation is dependent on the volume of data and sample documents you provide.
